Games for Fun wil l deliver, set-up and take down all equipment at no additional cost.

What time do you deliver and pick-up the bounce house?
You decide on the specific rental time and we will be there anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours before that for set up. We pick-up the unit after the party is over, but please allow up to 3 hours for pick-up. If an exact pick-up time is crucial, just let us know. The same driver will come and break down the bounce house unit and the break down time is 25 minutes. Please do not release the unit to anyone else unless you receive specific instructions from the original driver.

How many hours is the rental for?
Unlike other companies, the rental period is up to 8 hours. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any special circumstances you might have, as we are very flexible. We can also set up for an overnight occasion or a two day rental; please call to discuss pricing.

What type of location is required for bounce houses & slides?
A flat grassy area is preffered to set up the inflatable equipment. Clear access to the setup location is required. We will use a dolly during delivery. Bounce houses and Water Slides are anchored in the ground. Please be sure area is clean of all debris. Stakes go into the ground approximately 12 inches. Be sure setup is not on top of electrical lines or pipes. Games for Fun, will not be liable for any undergound repair. Sprinkler system should be in the off position. For hardwood and cement surfaces, sand bags will be utilized to anchor the inflatable.

How much space is needed for setup?
The inflatables vary in size. It is recommended that you have 5 feet of additional space. That means allowing 20' X 20 ' for our standard 15' by 15' bounce house. Some of the units need more space and will be discussed at the time of reservation.

How much electricity does the inflatable use?
The blower runs continuously and uses approximately 14¢ of electricity per hour, which is less than many of your home appliances.

How do I pay for the Rental Unit?
For your convenience we accept all major credit cards. If paying with a major credit card, full payment is due prior to delivery of the unit. If paying by cash on the day of the event, please note that the driver must collect the cash prior to setting up the equipment. (We do not accept personal checks)

Do I have to sign a contract or waiver?
A waiver must be signed before any equipment is set-up. Adult supervision is mandatory while equipment is in use.

Is a deposit required to reserve a date?
No deposit is required upon reservation.

What is your policy on rain and weather?
For safey reasons, Games for Fun reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to heavy rains or high winds (over 25 mph). There is no penalty to the renter. We will call you on the morning of your party to confirm your reservation in which at that time you have the option of canceling your order or re-scheduling your order. Shall you decide to proceed with your order in such weather conditions, once the unit is delivered, there will be no refunds should the weather conditions consist of heavy rains or high winds.

Do I have to clean the equipment prior to pick up?
Games for Fun will be responsible for all routine cleaning of inflatable and concession machines. If any major cleaning is required due to misuse (example gum) an extra $25 will be charged.

What are the requirements for power and/or water for the bounce house?
Our bounce houses plug into a standard 110V household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Water supply must be available for use with water slides and a water hose that will reach the inflatable.

Will the unit damage my Lawn?
We cannot guarantee that there will be no affect on your lawn. Due to the weight of the Bounce and depending on the length of time the bounce is in use, flattened grass is common but not permanent. We do ask that you please turn the sprinklers off while the Bounce house is in your lawn.

What if I want to have my party in a park?
Please contact the park to obtain a list of Companies that deliver at your specific park.

How far in advance should I make my reservation?
Please make your reservation as soon as possible. We suggest 2-4 weeks before your scheduled party event. Bounce house units are very popular and sometimes we are booked weeks and even months in advance. Price quotes are not reservation guarantees. We are always happy to try to accommodate last minute bookings. However, the earlier you make your reservation, the better selection choices you will have.
